Dark Winds

unfortunately there are many dark winds blowing right now on so many levels, it is all a bit unnerving and this work was
just my way of trying to purge that dark wind....

We're apparently to the end of the last cyclical age of the three Giambattista Vico (a XVIII century phylosopher) detected in human history flow, when reason freedom doesn't follow Providence purposes anymore and civilization is about to crush again into an era a big beasts (no matter what is the science and technology level). Ancestral fears are back and men are mostly moved by cruel deities, where the monoteist believers (in their nation, their God, their leader etc.) aren't actually but fanatic puppets of demons and devils and a religion claiming to be of peace and tolerance eventually became once again an ideological source of death, division and of the most atrocious barbarisms.
I hope Your exorcism of these dark clouds and winds may work as Your painting certainly does!
