I can't tell you how great Artrage has made creating my webcomic. Here is a recent panel from my online comic. I use Artrage for all my concept sketches And final art, then construct it all and add lettering in Illustrator (I could do it in Artrage but Illustrator has some flexibility in the layout area that can't be beat).
