Hi folks. I took up a book by Francisco Ascensio Ceryer - Oil painting for beginners - very nicely illustrated and segmented into lessons and techniques. So i tought to translate one of the lessons into AR. But I aimed big: Van Gogh - Peach tree in blossom. Trying to translate thick oil textures into digital realm is very challenging (at least to me). So any advice would be welcomed. Here is what I got so far: an underlaying texture for the sky, one for the ground area, using maximize and adding bump blend mode, the trees and foliage will go on replace bump blend mode. Texture created with tube, knife and wax crayon (for "carving" into tube paint). clouds are only roughed out, so is the fence and the ground area. Oh, and i took the real size for the painting 59.5x73 cm, at 300dpi (want to print it once is done). Thank you in advance.
