Ruler - change default angle

Is it possible to change the default angle of 45 degrees in let’s say 5 degrees?
I know that by right click, I can give a value in “set stencil angle”, but this must be done for every turn.

Hold Alt and Shift (it rotates it in 15 degree increments, which you can't change, but is fixed. Same as for ctrl+shift lines).

I now see my type error 45 instead of 15 degrees, but I see that the 5 degrees is not possible.
