Hello!!! due to the size of my painting, the "100%" of the oil brush is not enough... is it a way to increase the size, for example at 200% ?? thank you for help!

Yes, you can go up to 500% with the tool size by;
1- Click once in the bottom left corner where the size is displayed to bring up a window where you can type in the size you want.
or
2- Whilst painting on the canvas, hold down Shift and click & drag the tool left or right, the tool size will change up or down as you do so.
