So, I've finally gotten the full desktop version of Artrage, and are currently working on a piece just to practice and get familiar with the tools and interface I have the apps for Android, so it's not completely new to me.

What I'm trying to accomplish is a layered image with a limited colour-palette, but still a lot of depth. I created an underpainting (grisaille) with the dry oil-brush, and have glazed two layers with the watercolour brush. One with the umber for the entire painting and the next with a dark green for the shadows. I'm thinking of introducing a faint layer of a different colour for the fish to up the contrast perhaps.

Any others working this way? I really appreciate any comments and critiques
