    Grid settings

    Hi,

Is it normal (in the Grid Settings ) Squares across and Squares down can't seperate the canvass into 2 or 3 ?

    Thank you in advance.

Thank you for your answer. It's odd that possibility doesn't exist. I don't think it is difficult to do for the creators...

Yes it is odd that 4x4 is the minimum it can do.
However you can sort of get it to do 2x2 if you turn on the 'Centre Grid' tick box. This highlights both the centre vertical and horizontal lines.
The other lines are still there, they're just fainter now in comparison and a bit easier to ignore this way.

    Thank you for your answer.

Yes, you're right. Personnally, I would have liked to use a 3X3 grid. I am interested by the Rule Of Thirds for composition. So, for the moment I use a stencil for that use. It's a little bit longer...

That's correct that the minimum is 4x4. Markw mentioned this thread on the suggestions forum and I've added it to our list of suggestions to look into for the future. Thanks for the feedback!

Bump? 2 x 2 for rule of thirds? I use it all the time in my photography and it makes a huge difference. Thanks AR!
