Cursor Won't Click and Drag (Won't Paint)

I just installed artrage and I haven't been able to use it. I've tried using both my wacom intuos and mouse. It won't click and drag.
Examples:
I click the scroll bar and can't drag it down. I have to click outside the area and keep clicking to scroll.
When in the menu, it won't highlight the next menu option (File, Edit, View, etc.) and bring it up. I have to individually click them.
I click to paint and it only puts down a dot and won't drag through for a stroke.
Cannot click and pull slide scrolls (for things like increasing size, pressure, etc.)

I'm hoping this is an easy fix. I've checked for updates and everything.
