    sleepy tiger

I have drawn the sketch and I'll be starting with the color soon.
I was thinking of making it a watercolor painting mixed with pastel and oil paints

Beautiful job! He looks so realistic! How long did it take you do you think? Do you like working all on one layer or do you kind of work on different layers and then merge them all? How do you like to blend? Do you like painting tigers a lot? They have a lot of great ones on sxc.hu and morguefile.com. Another good site is wetcanvas.com but you have to be a member I believe to access their member submitted reference photo libray (can use as references for artwork to sell etc). There's also some great groups on fb that is reference photo based only (member provided).
