Unable to register Artrage despite multiple tries. Please help.

G'day from Australia.

I have been using Artrage for Windows for a few months now.

I want to register the program so as to be able to get into the members area and update the great program, but I am unable to register

I contacted help and they assisted me in my initial steps in joining the forum, but I haven't heard back at all from them regarding the problem that I have in registering the program for the members area.

Here are the steps that I take as images.



I am in a permanent loop. I can't register and am stuck.

Please help me resolve this problem.
