    Gypsy Spirit

It's been a while since I've been around! This painting is the first in a trio of pieces that depict desert horses. I loved painting this, and it didn't take long at all! I used only the felt pen and the palette knife. Hope ya'll enjoy this as much as I did while painting it!

I love how you've accentuated the rhythm of the animal. It's as if you've captured in this painting the power and iterative gallop of the proud animal. Power is the word.

    Very nice painting.

Thank you! I love horses because of their power and elegance. They make for very dramatic and fascinating subjects to paint.

Sheer power in this muscular horse! A noble and dominant animal indeed.
