Does the Artrage program come with the purchase of a WACOM graphics tablet?

Enjoying very much the ArtRage app on my Android tablet, and interested in moving to the desktop version which i presume is more robust. I was considering the purchase of a WACOM graphics tablet with support for pressure sensitivity and perhaps tilt recognition.

I would just add that if you want Tilt support, then as far as Wacom products go you would need to consider something from the their Intros Pro line: http://www.wacom.com/en-us/products/...uos-pro-medium
This will cost you more but then you do get more customisable versatility with the Pro tablet drivers.
But only you know how best to balance your needs, desires, and finance in choosing what is right for you.

I would personally recommend an Intuous Wacom Tablet to use on a desktop computer. Of all the available graphics tablets out there, Wacom makes the best.

If you cannot afford a Wacom try a Huion tablet. From my experience this tablet is okay for $70 compared to $200 or 300 for an Intuous. Problems with Huion is that you find many programs will not provide pressure sensitivity although the pen will work with the same type of pressure you would get from a mouse. I have an older Wacom Intuous 2 (cannot afford to buy a newer one) and find this pen works best over a wider range of programs and applications on a Windows or Linux operating system.
Have a newer Huion tablet with 2x the levels of pressure sensitivity as my older Intuous yet find this does not work on some Linux operating systems such as AV Linux. There is also a problem using Huion with the later GIMP version 2.8 with pressure sensitivity yet still does work like a mouse applying tool brush strokes.

I believe the Huion tablet I have does work with pressure sensitivity on the latest Art Rage yet I cannot remember which version, 32 or 64. If I recall pressure sensitivity with a Huion graphics tablet only works on one of the versions, the other works like a mouse with not pressure sensitivity. I still have pressure sensitivity with my older Intuous on both Art Rage 32 bit or 64 bit. I find the Intuous package of a mouse and pen is a plus for me since I work with the 3d program Blender a lot these days.
With Blender using the mouse on a tablet allows a credible usefulness for the Intuous since a graphics tablet is not practical for use with the Blender program that relies heavily on a good keyboard and 3 button (or 2 button and middle rotation wheel) mouse.

I use a Huion H610 and pressure sensitivity works on both 32 and 64 bit AR.

I stand corrected on this one. You're right Art Rage works with my Huion 690 on both the 32 bit version and the 64 bit version. Recently got hold of their latest driver update and no problem now with Windows 7 all programs seem to have pressure sensitity while using the pen, at least the programs that allow such such as GIMP, Krita, My Paint, Art Rage, Corel Painter, Paint Shop Pro, U Lead Photo Impact and Adobe Photoshop Elements (older version).
I made a mistake with this one, confusing the problem I have with graphics tablets using another program on a Linux operating system. With Linux operating systems Huion tablets are probably not supported and do not work with a lot of graphics programs, using AV Linux the tablet does not work at all, although with Debian, and Fedora Design Suite you get to use the tablet like a mouse (with no pressure sensitivity), only a couple of programs have this capability like Krita on a Debian 64 bit operating system.
