Well, isn't that a wireless device which maybe has an on/off switch or must be recharged?
I can remember a relative complaining her mouse is broken and she bought a new one - but
only the battery was empty...
Didi you install the tablet drivers? I assume even MacOS needs Wacom drivers which can
have setting which can be configured.
