Early morning? More or less any time in the day up to well past midnight here in Rome! Fortunately it's not a traffic stop or alternate plates day, otherwise You would rather see people squeezing into overcrowding buses and trains of our big towns seriously inadequate transport system with public administrators taking mostly useless measure just to safeguard their asses legally, but with no rational approach or project. We pay them to offload the problems on our adaptive shoulders and at our expenses for a solution ...
