Hi and welcome back justjean, you have been missed but your new work is a very welcome addition to 2016. I also go through phases where I am not that motivated to paint, and at first that worried me but then I realized that it was a period of regeneration and renewal as necessary as the periods of creative burst of painting. so it seems you are heading into that creative burst again.. and we will all be the richer for it.

Looks phenomenal, JustJean!

Reminds me a lot of the wonderful illustrations that were around when in my early career days. It wasn't my style to paint like that but I really admired those who got hired to do them because to me it was real painting. And here you are popping in with an amazing work in that style. Very beautiful.

So glad to see you posting again. Hope this new year brings you good health and lots of great paintings! You may get to paint 'em, but we get to see 'em, and that suits me just fine.
