Is there a way to set pen sensitivity in Art Rage 4.5 when using a Microsoft Surface Pro 4?

The Surface pen settings in the app in Windows makes pen pressure easy to set.

I've already used the Surface application but some apps have additional settings for the pen. When I use ArtRage it doesn't seem to acknowledge the sensitivity.
