    It really gives the idea and the actual sensations! As strange as it may sound I think this is one of Your best paintings. We can feel the weather and the mood as weel and also the constant feeling of desolation and squalor of misery most Your illustrations seem to communicate. Snow doesn't cover with a white quiet atmosphere, cleaning air and mind. It rather melts, splashes, produced mud and add to dirt. Bravissimo!
