what happens with?????

i wonder what happens with my artrage files and other images i have on my HDD if i let win 10 do its install (as i have seen..it did download the files already to my HDD and waiting for my green light to instal itself) In other words??what is and what is not deleted?(if that kind of stuff happens)

Hi Rondo,

nothing is deleted everything is copied including all programs....................as long as you upgrade and not do a fresh install.

If you follow the on screen instructions it's very simple.

You're welcome Rondo.............and if you do run into any problems (I did but I'd made a backup of all my files) you can re-install your previous version of Windows from inside W10 within one month..............it does the same thing in reverse (keeps everything intact.)

Always have a backup. Buy an external drive and put your files on there so they're in 2 places at least. So disappointing if you lost all your hard work.

You can reinstall a program but you can't get back your lost files.

So better to be sure than sorry
