I guess Artragers may sue him in such a case. Anyway he may not sell in Italy this far at least, as he implies himself too.

Maybe. If it's the software it was taken down. But the "ArtRage" with the white cover and a big airbrushed 'X' on it is a written novel -- a book so far as I can tell.

Would be a clever way to put eyes on your book, as a sort of advert.

But he is selling software, so maybe the made him take AR down.

Although the seller's page for artrage is now down, he's still selling on ebay. I guess ebay just can't forget about the money and remove the seller completely, even though he's pirated artrage on ebay.co.uk twice now. Here's the seller's ebay.co.uk link:-

Artrage isn't just the name of a software program. It's a word used for lots of things to do with art. I've seen it everywhere. Doesn't mean they're selling the program.
