    an ugly dog

My wife was asked to draw a ladies dog, but she really didn't want to, which is a shame because she's much better than I am. I didn't use AR, that's why I posted it here rather than the gallery. I drew it all with graphite and charcoal. I also made it 1.5 larger then he reference.

It's an ugly critter but I think it came ok.

The last time I kept an open mind,
my brain fell out and the dog grabbed it.
Now it's full of dirt, toothmarks, and dog slobber.
No more open minds or dogs for me.www.gms9810.com/

Good doggie. Slobber much? If so you may want to switch to acrylic and use it as a matte medium. Will really capture his essence that way all the more.
