That definitely looks like a driver issue, where the tablet is not mapping correctly to the second monitor and Precise Tablet is forcing it to be correct but causing other problems. This may mean there's nothing we can actually fix in ArtRage itself (though we will keep looking, of course!).

You might want to try testing an older driver to see what happens, sometimes these issues are very quirky and depend on your driver version and individual set up. Has it ever worked correctly for you?
