    need help! did not receive email

    I did not receive an email after purchasing Artrage 4. I cannot download it without the serial number from the email. The money was already taken for it so I'm at a loss of what to do.

    Hello kelso, sorry to hear you are having problems in getting ArtRage
    In situations like this the best thing you can do is contact AR support directly, here; [email protected] and give them as much information as you can.
    If you payed with PayPal you should have a payment conformation email from them too as proof of purchase.
    Otherwise all I can suggest is have you checked;
    All your email accounts if you have more than one?
    Any junk mail/SPAM folders to see if it ended up in them?
