Okay, that's not good, but :

    a) we don't officially support Windows 10 yet, so this may be a new problem we can't fix right now.

    b) when does it crash? On install or while using ArtRage? Do you get an error message? Does it always crash at that point?

    Prompt content:
    出现了一个问题,导致程序停止正常工作
There was a problem, cause the program to stop working properly

    如果有可用的解决方案,windows将关闭程序并通知你
If there are solutions available, Windows will close the program and notify you

Okay, this is an issue with the Windows memory. We need to know:

    - your machine technical specifications. How much RAM? How fast is your processor? Is it a desktop or a tablet?
    - What input device are you using? (e.g. mouse, stylus?)
    - Is it 32-bit or 64-bit?
    - Are you running any other programs at the same time?
    - Does it always happen with the same tools?

You can also email us directly at support@artrage.com if you prefer.

    Is it a desktop.
    System:Windows 10 64 10240

    CPU AMD Athlon(速龙) II X4 640 3.00 GHz
    8G RAM
    Nvidia GeForce GT 440 1 GB Driver:GeForce353.54

    Mouse:Logitech M280
    Wacom BAMBOO CTH-470 Driver:5.3.5

Usually just start the software will soon collapse.More common situation the cursor move too fast when collapse in the process of painting.Occasionally painting for a long time no problem...Even if no other software is running but also eventually collapse.
System upgrade a few patches and graphics drivers in yesterday.Conditions have improved, but also is only increased the software using normal time.

Apologies, I missed your previous response - this is why it's generally best to handle support via support@artrage.com (and you can contact us there at any point to continue this).

Windows 10: So far, ArtRage works fine, but Windows 10 is not officially 'finished' yet, so we can't guarantee there won't be problems at some point (if only from out of date drivers).

On that topic, it does look like your issue may be driver related. Can you try testing the steps below to see if they fix it?

    1. Change the input settings in ArtRage. Sometimes ArtRage is getting conflicting information and only a certain combination of options will work.

Open ArtRage and go to Edit > ArtRage Preferences > Input Settings.

    a. Make sure that Wintab is ON and Precise Tablet and RealTime Stylus are turned OFF.
    b. Restart ArtRage and test.
    c. If that doesn’t help, turn Wintab OFF and RealTime Stylus ON
    d. Restart ArtRage and test

If the stylus does this in other programs, or if the ArtRage settings do not fix anything, try the following:

    2) Check your tablet drivers are up to date. These can cause all kinds of strange problems (the latest bamboo is 5.3.5-3, which you may have, but it's still worth checking in case it's corrupted).

    To update your tablet drivers.
    a. Uninstall your current driver first (> Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs)
    b. Restart the computer
    c. Download and install the latest version from www.wacom.com

    3) Turn off Windows Ink as it can interfere with other programs.

    a) Go to Start > Wacom Tablet > Wacom Tablet Properties > Mapping tab
    b) Uncheck "Use Windows Ink" in the bottom left corner

Two other general steps that can help sometimes:

    1. Delete your Tablet preferences (Start > Wacom Tablet Preferences or similar)
    2. Delete ArtRage's preferences (Edit > ArtRage Preferences > menu button in top right of pop up > Reset to default).

Okay, we need more information. When is it crashing? Randomly? During start up? While using certain tools? For the same painting or all paintings? Is there an error message?
Do you have any additional drivers installed?

Can you also try the following:

    1. Open ArtRage and go to Edit > ArtRage Preferences > Input Settings.
    2. Turn Wintab OFF and RealTime Stylus ON
    3. Restart ArtRage and test

And if that doesn't fix it, contact us at support@artrage.com so we can troubleshoot properly.
