    Fairy Tale

I can just imagine this at the bottom of my garden, a very skilled piece of art I might add.

    It's Wonderful

I love the look and the composition. As a person who loves color and nature this is just the sort of painting I could gaze at all day. It looks as if you could just step into it.

This really is a magical painting - so much to discover in it, especially viewing the enlarged version.
    June.

Oh God of homeless things, look down
And try to ease the way
Of all the little weary paws
    That walk the world
    today.

I don't just like it I love it! Great vegetation! Wonderful variety and I think your strokey style really lends itself to grasses and plants of all kinds. Love also the hidden burrow kind of feel where you have some homeliness mixed with a rather wild feel. Nice populating the composition all around. Really makes for a very satisfying scene that invites the imagination to run. One of my favorites of yours. . . of the paintings you've done of things other than women from my distant path that is.

Glad you like it I tried to make the viewer feel the painting. It is so hard to do in the digital world. I took a long walk and looked at the weeds that are in the fields behind the house and along the ditches and I realized that there is so much going on it's like a masterpiece of chaos in complete order. the flow of tones and textures is such a sweet melodic rise to the color that appears to ones eyes. The mess of grasses and leaves and stems and moss. not only that but the contrast of light and dark in the trees brings them alive. There is one thing missing in my paint lol I wanted to put a Bumble bee but maybe not. Thanks again for liking it.
