    Castle in the mist

Kind of along the lines of Turner, here is a painting of a castle in the mist, part of a much larger picture I started doing as "Purgatory", it was very red in colour and very mountainous, but one of the mountains was looking like a castle in the mist, so I got waylayed and converted to Castle painting....Hope you like the picture...Regards to all...Jack.

    Like it? Love it!

Oh God of homeless things, look down
And try to ease the way
Of all the little weary paws
    That walk the world

One can only guess what and who is in that remote castle. And I wonder if they can get cable TV?

Looks SUPER mysterious. Fantastic, Jack! This one has a bit of a Doré feel for me, more so that Turner. But that's probably because I am more familiar with Doré's work.

Great and evocative story starter. . .
