I can't paint. The software is not letting me lay down color. I poked around different layers and whatnot and all I can figure is that I'm somehow stuck in something to do with canvas repositioning. First I was getting a pop-up--something about use cursor to reposition screen--so I did that just to make it go away. Now it's something saying "Rotate 0 degrees in a tiny pop-up." How do I get out of this please?

As it's 4:0 am EST I reckon I should go to sleep for a while.

I closed and saved the painting. When I reopened the problem went away--yay! It opened with the canvas repositioner open and visible.

Is there a way to see what background features may be running--like a Windows task manager?
