Ironically, Arnold Schwarzenegger in those days was asked what he ate, and he replied "Anything I want." Hahah. He went on to say it was because of his extreme work out regimen that he could process all foods into muscle.
Anyway, for me, to have a body like that I would have to paint it.
These are really well painted. Great job. I'm sure your creating a series like this where it's specialized would appeal to someone hanging graphics in health clubs.

These are stunning! Amazing quality, this is the kind of work that shows just how ArtRage can be used to get very finished looking works.
Thanks so much for sharing with us.
You're a professional artist for sure to get such impressive illustrations!![]()
Welcome in here!
I appreciate Your sharing your art, although I confess my preferred subjects and models are much more on the feminine side (or classical, heroic, athletic or ordinary masculine figure drawings in case), but I like the subtle irony You put in these over-inflated characters ... fortunately there's no lady body-builder among them, a desecration I can hardly stand ...![]()

A thank you for the comments and I'll try to be more present in the forum ...
I heard it takes a long period of intense training to get back into shape like this. Apparently not so for painters.
