haven't seen you around the forum lately, so great to see you back here, looks like the cat got a good meal !...
Strained mood. I'm never quite sure what level you are painting on since I've gotten it wrong on several occasions. Is there a message in this? A social comment? Or is it merely what things physically look like to you? I could read a whole lot into this symbolically, but I could be missing your point. Is this about hunger? Hopelessness? Are they making circumstances work for them the best they can? I'm sure I would have to know your world better to have a better understanding of what is normal in that context.
Anyway, it's always fascinating. You have a style. But I must confess I always feel like I'm watching a movie without subtitles. Visually I kind of get what is going on, but I am also well aware there is so much more happening. And I find this like a puzzle that I need to solve in order to measure up to all that is in it.
Always a pleasure. Cheers!![]()

Always enjoy your work, glad to see you again
You tell it all in this painting. A story of people , places and things. Very interesting to look at.
