    Learning AR for desktop

Ever since I got a Surface Pro 3 I've been practicing with desktop ArtRage. I'm used to the iPad version. Loving how much better the desktop version is for my needs. Here's the second portrait I've done on the Surface. Excellent stylus!

Fantastic! Super emotion conveyed loud and clear! Contagious mood! Not always the easiest thing to pull off without losing the form. Well, apparently you have a great first appearance here (that I'm aware of). Welcome indeed!

Sort of like a burst of 'happy!' in a neat package. I look forward to more regardless of the subject. Clearly you can paint very well indeed.

So you you like the experience of the Surface Pro? Reading between the lines here, I suspect you rather do.

    Thank you!

Thanks so much for your encouragement. I really get lost in a person's face and mood when I'm doing portraits. The Surface Pro 3 is excellent. Probably not as good as using a Cintiq but I tried using a connected sketching tablet and it always felt funny using a stylus on one surface but the marks are being made on my computer. I like seeing the mark underneath my pen. I've posted a few paintings here in the Forum but its been awhile. I post to this app called Sktchy for iPhone. People supply photos of themselves for inspiration and you post your painting back. Its like Instagram for painters, and has helped motivate me to be more disciplined and productive!
    Thanks for the welcome (back).
