    New and improved

I really went through a number of old paintings and tried to apply new knowledge. I think that has been helpful. I also got into some new works but still tried to apply new principles.

Beautiful flower studies. That demonstrates one of the advantages to digital, we can go back in an rework an old file any time, or even better copy the old painting and rework the copy.....just in case.

I like the introduction of more contrast in values and saturation. Has more kick to it. . . more excitement and celebration of what flowers are about, which is basically Colors on a Stick. From their palette to ours, eh?

Go Marilyn Anne! Let's hear about springtime in your neck of the woods!!!!!

    Thank you all

I really appreciate the encouraging words. I have gone back through a lot of old paintings and it has encouraged me to see improvement in the new. Thank you. Marilyn
