    Toni, our shaggy dachshund

This is a little dog-caricature i did for Toni, our happy, needy, cat-barker, sweet and ground-rolling-enthusiast wiener dog.

Very cute! Hahaha. I had a short haired version of this one and they are amazing little rascals.

Really cute caricature! Love how you've exaggerated the long narrow design of the breed.

Dog-aricature! That's great, I really like the idea, could be really fun to just draw people's pets in caricature ways. Really good job, I love how friendly your dog looks!

D Akey, having a Doxie is a sweet mixture of loving moments and sometimes urges to "kill" these little annoying and loving pests! I wanted to draw Toní with the characteristic long nose and his totally uncontrollable long fur. As he lives in a big yard, running and playing with his "big brothers and sisters" he's almost impossible to mantain neat and combed like an madam's pet... hehehe

We have a total of 6 dogs in our "crazy family" here. Toní is the only "little breed" one (all the others are from a same family of a German Sheepdog-Junkyard Dog-Collie-Siberian Husky mix) so it's impressive how the behavior between "big breed dogs" and "little breed dogs" can be different. I can assure this little fella doesn't lose space for the big ones, 'cause he uses his little size a lot of times in his advantage!

I guess sometimes we can learn some valuable lessons with these four-legged teachers...

Altough is a dog-caricature, he's indeed as good-mooded and happy-looking as i tried to portray him in the drawing...

Here's a pic of the noble portrayed subject... hehehe:
