Thanks Orkhan, I s'pose I can put up a little more. Not ready to share the storyboards just yet but stay tuned. ;-) Here is an expression sheet I drew up with a three point turn-around for reference as I thumbnail my illustrations.

Hi Eighty+ If Stone Boy becomes the next lawn ornament I guess it could be worse. People could just ignore the little guy entirely. ;-) Thanks for looking in.

It's phenomenal! You're such a true master, dear Fashmir! I'm absolutely glad You pop out herein each now and then!
It looks like You used pencil and watercolor layers, perhaps some chalk too and presumably a blended texturing layer and background sheet.
    Panta rei (everything flows)!

JustJean- Thanks, I enjoy making use of textures as I play.

D Akey- Which of the Frouds shall I apply to for increased pride? :-) Thanks for commenting.

Eighty+ You are too kind. I have to admit you've got me thinking of sculpting a larger version than what I have already (I'm building a maquette for reference). Might at least put one in MY garden eh? :-)

Caesar- Thanks for your kind words. You are correct on all tools with the addition of custom sticker sprays pallete knives and a tiny bit of ink pen.

Thanks to all for your comments.

Now, why is he so happy?

The stone boy looks so happy, why is he? Because he picked a flower or because he's got such great texture? Great stuff you made. I like it.
