    Red face Freudian therapy

Well how could I ever resist for a longer period? A master whose style and art I appreciate and a mate we all learned to admire very much ...

Excellent! I replied to this in Mr Ploos' thread. . . that psychological labyrinth, where you come in and Brighton up a dour one down. Very crafty painting, Caesar. The similarity in style with your caricature makes it complete.

    Thank you, dear D Akey!
You're right! You met it also in our friend's thread; You didn't drink to much spirits. LOL Actually I took this to McPloos painting dwelling too, since sometimes he has some problems with his legs and cannot stroll around or take the bus ... The original version was more in line with Freud's self-portrait, but I eventually made some changes to exhibit it in a proper attire for the main. So, together with quite a few brushstrokes and adjustments to get a better painting, I added also a reduced apron then I turned it just a little fuzzy and introduced some noise to better emulate Freud's later style.
