Thread: Hi there.

    Hi there.

It's been a LONG time... but I'm feeling the need to jump back in the saddle. Does anyone have a refresher on the ins and outs of the grid system in AR4?

My brain is all fried and stuff...

I have this picture and I want to transfer it into a painting in AR4. What kind of canvas size would I need and grid? I would greatly appreciate a refresher or even a link or video to a tutorial.

You can adjust the grid live in ArtRage, so most of the settings will be a matter of preference. It will automatically appear on your reference image as well.

I recommend setting it to 'Squares' spacing, rather than pixels, as this will divide the images into an even number of squares (rather than counting out pixels which will vary between the reference and the canvas).
