    Thread Deletion?

Is there any way a member may delete a thread? I started one this morning, but wanted to delete it to revise it later. There have been no posts.

The only way I have found is to send a pm to Hannah. I think Mr.Akey has some powers, like removing spammers but I don't know if his Super Powers extend to deleting threads.

Oh God of homeless things, look down
And try to ease the way
Of all the little weary paws
    That walk the world

PM me, or just report your own thread and request deletion (that goes out to multiple moderators, so someone with the ability to delete will see it - including me).

There was a time when people were able to delete any thread that they started -- the whole thread which meant they were able to delete everybody else's posts as well, and as you may recall it lead to nothing good.

That's all different now. But like Hannah says, you may want to consider PMing the admins. Meanwhile you can go in and erase or modify your individual posts I think. So until they get the time to delete your thread, you can stand mutely like a statue, mouth open, no words issuing forth. And we'll all paint you as you stand there. So wear something nice.
