    Hi pat

    Beautiful painting. Soft feel to the whole setting from the brushstrokes and beautiful palette.

    One question:
    Is it just me, or in the lower right corner of the image, the floor behind her feet appears to abruptly finish at the red carpet's limit, and fall straight down as a straight vertical wall. As though the subject is positioned on the very edge of the floor near a chasm, and I'm afraid she'll make a false move and fall!
