    Cat and Flowers

This was inspired by a photo I took of Jasper admiring my flowers.

    June.

Oh God of homeless things, look down
And try to ease the way
Of all the little weary paws
    That walk the world
    today.

Hi June.....Jasper is looking quite content just having a look-see at your flowers....I quite like them as well!
    Nicely done,

Thanks folks you are all being very kind - now that I look at it again I think it should have stayed on the cutting room floor where I have been stepping over it for a few weeks! I rather liked the Jasper part but unfortunately I had merged it to the flowers. I may mask him out and save him for another scene.

It surely depicts well the curiosity of our little friends

That's what art's about, isn't it -- at some point it's about the relationship between the art and the viewer, sort of like speed dating. (D Akey)

I hear Julie Andrews singing "These are a few of my favorite things. . ." Cherished things for sure and very rich material for an artist.
"Not a bit is wasted and the best is yet to come. . ." -- remembered from a dream
