    I think I saw a wonderful animation about something very similar to this, but it was not a snow scene. Like CopeSpeak mentioned, WallE as one incarnation. I think the short I saw was not that particular franchise, but it had a symbolic, independent short film vibe. Anyway, your painting is wonderful and captures that irony and respect for the preciousness of life in various forms. Lots of heart. Nice painting.

    Thanks again for the kind words. Yep, definitely shades of Wall-E in there with a probably a little Evangelion influence (I love their designs) in the lithe appearance
