Bad Company is sometimes good company....

Hello Gary.....I understand, there's snow everywhere and it's cold outside ....times like this it's best to stay indoors and put on some good music, and it sounds like you did my
friend.....Great album by the way! And Rosetta's comet landing....wild, very wild....like closing your eyes and throwing a rock four billion miles so it will land on a moving object 317
million miles away.....I' am still doing the math on that one!
To me I see some American Indian influence in this painting....probably wrong, usually I'm..... like traditional art piece of a telling of a event to be passed down so the story
will be remembered......OK, I' am rambling now!
I like it.....stay warm and have a great weekend Gary..

You're channeling Thomas Kincaid, but not quite so abstract as he. . . No, wait a minute. I think I got that wrong. You pulled up on the shores of his Sea of Pastels. Thank goodness for the lighthouse to help you navigate these waters.

Anyway, it works really well and you are on a roll. . .

That's what art's about, isn't it -- at some point it's about the relationship between the art and the viewer, sort of like speed dating. (D Akey)

    An amazing event!

The music coming from the surface is so " other worldly"! Awesome event and a nice way to commemorate it.

Steve I respect your intuition and perspective on this, there most likely is some American Indian influences it is a source I greatly admire and treasure.

Thanks DAkey.... I only wish I had even a little of TK's financial success.. although I was never much of a fan of his work.

It was an amazing achievement, wasn't it? They described it here as throwing a dart from Sydney to Perth (right across Oz) blindfolded, and hitting the target.

Love the exuberance of the white squiggly bits around the edges!

What a wonderful sort of hipster-rapper painting! Love it! Yeah, the comet, an achievement we're all proud of here in Europe and Italy (agencies and some of our subsidiaries too) as a well done and first case space adventure. It certainly took many kind of resources and capabilities and also 10 years to meet this comet, but You know, comets are a bit tricky and have very busy agendae, so You have to date them far in advance ... like certain ladies and my wife when she finally capitulated to my courtship LOL
    Panta rei (everything flows)!
