It certainly does look like an oncoming storm. Very nice!

Wow! Blocks out the sun, or will do in a moment. I think the tension between the solid ground and the airy clouds add a dynamic to this being that there's a clear relating happening. . . an expectation when the sand hits, what will it look like. It's almost like a journalist's photo or sport shot kind of anticipation.

Not an event we're accustomed to here, dear Rondo, but it certainly gives the impression of the title and it definitely has a mood and charm.
