    I'm curious. How does having your working illustration as a reference image help you?

    Lo que pasa es que en la captura de pantalla adjunta, no se vió la Imagen de referencia, con su grilla.
    Solamente se ve la pintura en progreso (WIP) con grilla, para poder apreciar cómo se ve desde lejos, debido a que trabajo con ampliaciones al 200 y 300%.

    What happens is that in the attached screenshot, the image reference is not seen, with its grid.
    Only the painting is in progress (WIP) with grid, to see how it looks from a distance, because I work with extensions 200 and 300%.
    Now, I´ll make a new screenshot with reference image...

    That's a great idea. Never thought of using the reference that way.

    Exacto.
    Además de la "imagen de referencia", a menudo cargo otra vista, para lograr tener una perspectiva más amplia de la obra en general.

    Right.
    Besides the "reference image" often load another view towards gaining a broader perspective of the work in general.
