    Morning's practice

This was my drawing practice for the morning, again, not made with AR, but AR helped me to learn how.

The last time I kept an open mind,
my brain fell out and the dog grabbed it.
Now it's full of dirt, toothmarks, and dog slobber.
No more open minds or dogs for me.www.gms9810.com/

Getting your feet wet. Good on ya. A great start.

There are some things that artists employ that you may want to check out -- something you could find in lessons on shading a primitive sphere. These tricks are formulaic and easy to remember once you've seen them. It can sometimes get dodgy in BW when the local color of the item is not even, and one has to still show volume PLUS the local color. This is where artists take a little license and employ what they know blended with what they see.

The overall shape is very good. I can see you're looking carefully. Go George Go!!!!!!!

It was fun, simple but fun.
