    The Japanese yen (pronounced en in Japanese) is coins for 1, 5, 10, 50, 100, and 500 en with an exchange rate of roughly 100 en to the dollar.. Denominations above that are paper. (unless you were referring to the currency being "hard" to paint, in which case, forgive my intrusion)
