Hello Chris and welcome to the ArtRage forums
Sadly this can sometimes be a problem with links to external sites, they can get broken or the content be removed by the original poster.
Sadly Dale Jackson hasn’t been around these forums for a while now so it may not get fixed any time soon I’m afraid.
But you could try contacting him via Private Message here on the forum or through his website (which is worth exploring anyway! The link to it is in his signature.) and let him know there’s a problem.

Thank you Markw and Rondo..I am having a great time with this software being a traditional painter, this is really amazing.. Thanks Rondo, your link worked.
Sorry i know this is an old thread, but not all that old.
both dropbox links don't work anymore.
Anybody have a copy?
I have his bark stencils but not the original ARPack - I don't know if it would be ethical for me to repack them without Dale's permission. However, you could easily download photos of birch bark and make your own stencils. Below are a couple of the stencils filled using black ink pen, to give you an idea of photos to look for.

Sorry for my bad English (I never had English education)
I apologize for being VERY absent lately. Life happens, I've had a layoff on the West Coast and then moved to Ohio and then a new job of getting a graphics studio built from scratch at my new job which has been quite time consuming. It's been nearly two years since I've really done anything with ArtRage, but I'm actually getting back into it as I settle down again. I've created a link to the tree bark - don't worry it's not copyrighted or anything, share anytime and everywhere as you pleaseHere's the link: https://www.dropbox.com/s/nd6dayjszj...0Bark.zip?dl=0
you can totally repack them as needed, I'm not stingyThanks!
