    Welcome back.

I missed seeing your paintings. Looks like you were having a colorful visit in Greece. Very complex scenes. Your colors always seem to improve over photographs. You have a keen sense of color.

I love your beautiful brushwork and color... give a sense of the strong sunlight and blue skies... the complex people in your scene give a lively animation to each work...

Just beautiful Brieux, and yes, the light is wonderful!

    Are these done 'plein air'?

I especially like the third painting where there is the hint of the figures walking into the sun - is it called backlighting?

Yeah, I have been away here for a long time since that I'm focusing on real oil painting. Nevertheless ArtRage is still a great tool of natural painting in a digital way. I mostly ArtRage direct on my own photo material, which I of course first prepare (colorwise, cropping etc.) with Photoshop.

I still have to deal with a Wacom tablet and labtop: an iPad would be easier to sit en plein air. No, I took the photos and ArtRaged them later in my holiday villa.

You really captured the Mediterranean colors here, dear mate, apart from all the rest which is amazing as usual! Welcome back and thanks for sharing more of Your marvels!
