    My Sheep

You may have noticed I paint a lot of sheep, I even have some of my own. This is Maxine, she is very pretty and knows it.

She is so beautiful, and unusual! No wonder you get inspired. What breed is she?

She is a North Ronaldsay Robyn, a rare breed. Her sisters are quite cute too.

Alright Copespeak Scissorhands. . . I know what you're thinking with your topiary ways --- Now just step away from the clippers. . . I don't want to see any yarn pom balls sticking onto these darlings before their time to go to the fabric store. These girls are all about their naturals.

So F-P, are these providers of the latest exotic wool you're selling? You would keep the natural color right? They're stunners.

You're so lucky. I just love sheep but have nowhere I could keep them or even one. They're so cute. Isn't Maxine so very glamorous!

My daughter lives out of town and rescued two lambs when there was a drought here in the west of the state. She called them Jack and Jill. Jack was very protective and had to be locked up when any tradesmen came - he just didn't trust them :-)
