Overall it looks nice. I suppose since you're asking for a critique, I would say two things --

First, the highlight going down the nose is going too far below where the nose bends under, so it looks a little like a drip since it's not conforming to the anatomy. Easy fix.

Second, it's pushing into the masculine a little bit (to my eye) in that the shadow side of the face is hinting at a 5:00 shadow rather than shadow from the light I'm not sure. It could be the limited palette where you're using a lot of black, and because it's generally on a grainy surface and a lot of it is pebbly dry brush throughout the painting? Hard to say. I think the contrast with the dry brush look is slightly in contrast with the smoothness and roundness of beautiful women that we're accustomed to seeing. So it probably should be compensated for somehow in order to take it past that really cool, coarse technique so it isn't quite so formula driven and allows for differences in the quality of each subjects.

Great lips though and the rest looks nice as well.

Hi Ray, as D said you might want to shorten the lighting on her nose and I'd say maybe tune it down a bit together with the other white mark above her lips, apart from that is beautiful (as usual ), that's the way to go with digital! Cheers

That's what art's about, isn't it -- at some point it's about the relationship between the art and the viewer, sort of like speed dating. (D Akey)

Really love the movement in your strokes and the vibrancy of popping reds here and there.

A Bollywood star or rather a Salgarian heroine (Emilio Salgari was an old Italian writer very famous and popular among children all over the XX century with his novels placed in exotic places and heroes like the Indian Tremal Naik or the Maylesian rebel Sandokan or the XVI century pirates and corsairs).
