    Stylus Control Center

    ArtRage 4 full

    OS 10.9.2

Wacom Intuos Pro tablet and new art pen.

Why does this area show the Wacom 6D art pen (an older pen and one that I liked) instead of the new Wacom art pen?

Why does it show the art pen twice?

Also, for example, under stylus properties, I don't notice any difference with rotation on.

The new art pen is still identified as a 6D art pen by its internal stylus type ID so it comes under the same category. If there are two entries then that indicates that two different styluses have been recognised on the tablet. Each stylus has a unique ID so if you use more than one each stylus can have different settings assigned.

Regarding rotation, if it has been assigned to something it should be producing an effect when you rotate. What is it assigned to, in which tool?

    Thick gloss in this case.

If you have an example of a tool that clearly works with rotation, please let me know.

'Thick Gloss' is an Oil Brush preset that has an Aspect value of 100%. This means that the brush head is round, so it doesn't matter what rotation you use (the head shape remains the same). If the aspect is less than 100% the head should rotate.

    Yes, of course, you're right.
