    Oh exciting, a pear!

I don't think my strong point will be fruit but I tried combine what I know so far on this. Shading, perspective, complimentary colors, shadow were all considered. I still have a long way to before I can call myself an amateur artist but I'm happy with this one, which is rare for me. The rough spots were intentional for texture.

The last time I kept an open mind,
my brain fell out and the dog grabbed it.
Now it's full of dirt, toothmarks, and dog slobber.
No more open minds or dogs for me.www.gms9810.com/

This was, incidentally drawn entirely from my mind, no references, I just started drawing.

A wonderful pear George, warm, plump and beautifully fully shaded.
