    Andrea....
How you doing? Good point on your comment " I like this less polished/blending style",
I'am going to try to keep it less blended, but you know me!
The artist is Julio Romero, and I think this may have been is favorite model.....Huh! using
the same model in so many paintings.....great idea!
    Take care friend,
    Steve

Making the eyes larger then the original painting.....
And getting in trouble with it.

Still looking good Steve. I might venture a smooth curve of the bottom lid? Of course, this is a close up, so it probably doesn't matter at normal viewing.

    Such an intense gaze!

Well, thank you and you? Ha ha you are a jeweler painter! I will check on that painter. The model somewhat reminds me of the French actress Eva Green. Take care dear friend

    Hi Andrea....
She does kinda look like her, she would make a interesting study.
Thanks dear friend for checking on me!

On the last one, get back to her later, it's a rather large painting.
I've grown tired of her eyes looking at me.....

Decided to do a practice today, trying to do one in under four hours..
    here's the start....

    Alright.....
four hours and twenty minutes, not as polished as the first closeup painting,
but I've proved to myself that I sometimes don't need weeks of painting one
    image.
    Hope you like it....

    Thank you Robyn....
Kept everything lite on this one, less blending in my time frame.
Listened to D Akey and softened the eyes on this one.
    Take care friend,
    Steve
